PRIVATE COACHING
“Her ability to listen actively and distill complex issues into actionable advice was remarkable.”

You know better. So why does it still happen? You've read the books, listened to the podcasts, maybe even done therapy - but when emotions run high, the old automatic reactions take over.
Private coaching is individualized, practical support designed for the messy reality of your actual life. It is a judgment-free space to untangle the patterns keeping you stuck, identify your unique triggers, and build a personalized toolkit that works for your specific family dynamic.
We don’t rely on generic scripts or textbook theories that fall apart the moment your child pushes back. Instead, we look at the reality of your day-to-day and implement actionable strategies to create lasting change.
Please note: I am a parenting educator and cycle-breaking coach. I am not a therapist, and this work is not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment or trauma therapy.

You understand that breaking cycles requires active participation, radical honesty, and a willingness to step out of familiar patterns.
You are navigating toxic, dysfunctional, or emotionally immature family dynamics and are deeply committed to finding a new way forward.
You're prepared to get uncomfortable, hold yourself accountable, and establish lasting, authentic boundaries.
You want surface-level advice or immediate solutions without addressing the foundational dynamics.
You are currently in crisis, processing active trauma, or need specialized mental health treatment rather than future-focused coaching.
You prefer to place all the blame externally and are not quite ready to examine your own role, reactions, and boundaries.
Private coaching focuses on the real situations where old responses show up—and on practicing what you want to do next. This work is educational and practical, not clinical.
Understanding reactions that feel bigger than the moment.
Unpacking patterns and behaviors inherited from home.
Creating space and pausing before you react.
Setting, communicating, and holding healthy limits.
Navigating conflict and reconnecting after a rupture.
Rebuilding your intuition and believing in yourself again.
Catch what is happening without judgment or shame.
Create space between what happens and what you choose next.
Ask what is happening here, then choose a response that fits the present moment.
Change comes from practice, repair, and repetition—not from knowing more.
“Her ability to listen actively and distill complex issues into actionable advice was remarkable.”
“I gained profound insights into why I had been repeating these patterns and, more importantly, how I could interrupt them.”
Private coaching is a significant step, and I want you to feel fully informed before booking a call. Here is what you need to know about the process, the expectations, and the path ahead.
No, this is not therapy. While we explore deep patterns and emotional responses, our focus is on present-moment awareness and actionable tools to break cycles, rather than diagnosing or treating clinical mental health conditions.
The community provides group support and shared learning. Private coaching is a highly personalized, one-on-one container where we dive exclusively into your unique patterns, offering tailored feedback and dedicated space for your individual growth.
Not at all. You do not need to have all the answers or a complete timeline of your past. We start exactly where you are today, using your current challenges as the entry point to understanding your deeper cycles.
Losing patience is part of the process—and perfectly normal. We don't demand perfection. When frustration arises, we use it as an opportunity for curiosity, practicing the 'Pause' and building your capacity to handle discomfort without self-judgment.
A no-pressure conversation to talk through what you need, what you’re navigating at home, and which coaching option may fit.
Booking is not a commitment or a guarantee of acceptance.
You cannot change what happened in the home you grew up in. You can practice what happens next in the home you are building.
