Coaching and community combined
Understand your past so you don't repeat what hurt you—and ensure your children don't end up on a therapist's couch talking about you.
Knowing why and changing what happens in the moment are not the same thing.
You promised yourself you'd never yell like they did. You read the parenting books, follow the experts, and swear today will be different. But then the trigger hits, the exhaustion sets in, and suddenly you hear their voice coming out of your mouth.
It’s not a lack of love. It’s not a lack of knowledge.
The biggest lie we are told is know better, do better. That is only the first step. We all KNOW all the things (hello Internet) but that hasn't actually moved the needle in a lot of places right?
It is the lack of support and being seen as the whole person you are as a parent and human being.

You already know the theory—you’ve read the posts, listened to podcasts, and understood the science. Now it’s time for an approach that moves beyond information.
What you need is a practical, coached approach to actually doing the work. It Stops With Me is a community designed for one thing: turning knowledge into action. We stop intellectualizing our triggers and start putting in the reps.
This community is intentionally curated. And I protect my people the way I protect my peace. Please review these boundaries before deciding to join us.
Direct guidance to help you recognize your patterns. Expert coaching when you feel stuck. Guest experts called in to help supplement the things the community needs, this is about YOU.
A supportive space with others actively doing the work. Share insights and find accountability. This is also a no judgement zone, we don't shaming and guilt trips because we can do that just fine all by ourselves. We are here to help light each other's spark.
Actionable frameworks and resources designed to implement the methodology in real time. My comittment to the space is to keep current on research that supports you and the space.
Four deliberate steps to untangle automatic reactions and build conscious responses. It is simple, but it is not easy.
Catch the pattern as it begins. Awareness is the crucial first fraction of a second where the cycle loses its grip. Notice not to lay blame or criticize, just to understand where something is coming from.
Hold the space between trigger and reaction. You do not have to respond immediately. Breathe. Decide what decisions and boundaries need to be put in place.
Ask yourself what is actually true in this moment. Then, make a conscious choice rather than an automatic one. Questions are necessary during this process, we can't change what we don't know.
Cycles aren't broken in a day. They are broken through consistent, intentional repetition. Keep showing up. We are building a new muscle here, and like lifting heavier weights, this does not happen overnight!
“Her knowledge, wisdom, and compassionate approach to breaking cycles of trauma are life-changing. She creates a safe and empowering space.”
“Her ability to listen actively and distill complex issues into actionable advice was remarkable.”
“I gained profound insights into why I had been repeating these patterns and, more importantly, how I could interrupt them.”
12-month commitment
Lasting change comes from practice, support, and doing the reps over time.
Choosing to break the cycle is a significant commitment. We want you to step into this space with absolute clarity and confidence. If your question isn't answered here, we encourage you to reach out.
“It Stops With Me™ is an educational, coached community—not therapy. Becky does not diagnose or provide clinical treatment. If you need mental-health treatment or crisis support, please work with a licensed professional.”
“This is not about adding another full-time job to your life. The work happens in real parenting moments: noticing sooner, creating a pause, practicing a different response, and repairing when needed.”
“Yes. This educational community may be used alongside therapy, but it does not replace your therapist’s guidance or clinical care.”
“The goal is not perfect parenting. When a hard moment happens, you practice noticing, repairing, getting curious about what drove it, and choosing what to try next—without turning the mistake into proof that you cannot change.”
“Understanding the idea is not the same as changing an automatic response. The 12-month commitment gives you time to practice, repeat, repair, and build self-trust through real life—not chase an overnight fix.”
It’s time to trust yourself, break the cycle once and for all, and create the life you and your family deserve.
