THE FIVE PHASES
1. REALIZATION
See the pattern without defending it. Learn what sets you off and why.
No minimizing.
No blaming.
Just clarity.
2. REDESIGN
What do YOU want life to look like? Not what they told you it should, not what you think everyone else wants, but YOU.
“This is just how I am” ends here.
We erase inherited beliefs and change the radio station on overreaction, guilt, and collapse.
3. REBUILD
Decide who you get to become NOW, in real time, with me there to guide you through it.
4. RECONNECT
You get to make the choice on what stays and goes. People, places, and things are analyzed and set in your new life.
You stop managing everyone’s emotions.
You stop collapsing after boundaries.
You lead without guilt, shame, or fear.
5. RENEW
Make sure the new identity STAYS.
Talk about what happens when the old feelings creep in, because they will.
Writing your new story going on, the way you want it to.
WHAT ACTUALLY CHANGES
You still have moments sometimes. That is normal.
